Measurements of various quantities such as time are relative to the velocities of observers. But what if we could assign the relativity of time to the characteristic velocities of people? Living in busy metropolitan areas, having various affairs to get done and different perspectives to observe with, results in diverse behaviors one of which could be different velocities of people in different places and times of the day. The scale of time it takes in our everyday monotonous lives to cross a path such as a bridge which could be designed efficacious enough to be completely devoid of any limitations what so ever to control these characteristic velocities was chosen to reflect this relativity.
